Stratton's Mobile Detailing LLC ("Stratton's," "we," "us") is a mobile auto detailing business based in Watonga, Oklahoma. This policy explains what information we collect through strattonmobiledetailing.com and when you book or contact us, and what we do with it.

Information you give us
- Your name, phone number and email address when you call, text, email or book.
- Your service address, so we can come to you.
- Details about your vehicle, boat or fleet and the service you want.
- Photos or notes you choose to send us.
The quick request form on our site does not send anything to a server. It opens your own text or email app with your details filled in, and you choose whether to send it.
Online booking
Our live booking calendar is provided by Google Calendar. When you book through it, Google processes the details you enter under the Google Privacy Policy and shares the booking with us.
Information collected automatically
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location (city level) and how you arrived. If you decline, analytics does not load. See our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm and perform your detail.
- To send quotes, reminders and follow-ups about your service.
- To answer questions and handle concerns.
- To understand which pages help people, and improve the site.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
When we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example Google for booking and analytics, and our phone and payment providers), when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and safety.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records for as long as we work together and as long as needed for tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
- Analytics: decline or change your choice any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.
- Messages: tell us to stop texting or emailing you and we will.
- Access and deletion: ask us what we have on file, or ask us to correct or delete it.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or phone system is completely secure, so please do not send payment card numbers by text or email.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
