About these terms
These terms apply when you use strattonmobiledetailing.com or book a service with Stratton's Mobile Detailing LLC. By booking, you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
Prices on this site are starting prices for sedans. Your final price depends on vehicle size, condition (heavy pet hair, stains, mold, sand or oxidation take longer) and the services you choose. We confirm the price with you before we start work.
Booking and scheduling
You can book through our live calendar, by phone or by text. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us or from Google Calendar.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give us at least [24 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule. [Add any late-cancellation or no-show fee here, or remove this sentence.]
Weather
Exterior work, paint correction and ceramic coatings need dry conditions. If rain, high wind or extreme temperatures make it unsafe or would hurt the result, we will reschedule at no charge.
At your location
- Please give us a safe, reasonably level spot with room to work around the vehicle.
- Our rig carries its own water and power. If we can't reach the vehicle or the location isn't safe, we will reschedule.
- Remove valuables and personal items before we arrive. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
Vehicle condition
We look the vehicle over before starting and will point out existing damage. Detailing cannot fix damaged or failing clear coat, deep scratches through the paint, rust, or worn and torn upholstery, and cleaning can reveal existing wear that dirt was hiding. Results depend on the vehicle's starting condition.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is finished. We accept [cash, card, Venmo, Cash App: confirm].
If something isn't right
Tell us within [48 hours] and we will come back to make it right.
Limits of liability
We carry insurance and take care with every vehicle. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.
